All books purchased through our website are printed "on demand" by our printers, located in the USA and UK. This means that your book(s) are printed specifically for you after you place your order.

Processing Time:

Once you place an order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the printing process to be completed. This processing time ensures that your book is created with the utmost care and quality.

Delivery Time:

After your book(s) have been printed, they will be shipped to you via standard shipping methods. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• USA: You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after the printing process is complete.

• UK: Customers in the UK should also anticipate a delivery timeframe of 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after printing.

Overall, you should receive your books within 8-15 working days from the date of placing your order.

Shipping Notifications:

Once your book(s) have been printed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification from the printer with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Consolidated Shipments:

To minimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact, our printers will endeavor to send multiple books in the same package whenever feasible. This means that if you have ordered multiple books, they may arrive together in a single shipment.

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions.
