Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every purchase you make from us meets your expectations. In the event that you need to return a product, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

Digital Products (E-books & Audiobooks):

All e-book and Audiobook purchases made directly through our website or delivered via Bookfunnel are considered final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for e-book or audiobook purchases.

Physical Products (Print Books):

If you have purchased a physical book directly from our Shopify store and are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your print book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

  2. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you promptly.

  3. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases of physical books.

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us at diane@dianedresback.com within the specified time frames outlined above. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email.

Please note that return shipping costs for physical products are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the above conditions are not met or if the request is made outside of the specified time frames.

We may update our return and refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business processes or applicable laws and regulations. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date of the changes.
